Candy Bar Fundraiser

Hi,

Update on the Candy Bar fundraiser...

I found a local company for the Candy Bars that other JFK groups have used. With this company we will make a 50 percent profit (we were only making 40 percent with the other) and the shipping fee is WAY less!! That shipping fee would of come out of our profits too so this is WAY better.

Here are the details:

It will take about 5 days to get the candy bars once the order is placed. I would like to do this by tomorrow afternoon if possible!

There are 52 Candy Bars in a case

So you will owe $26.00 per case that you order plus a small shipping fee. If you order 1-2 cases 50 cents shipping. Over 3 cases $1.00 shipping. 

Example if you order:

1 case you owe me $26.50, 

1 1/2 cases $39.50

2 cases $52.50, 

3 cases $79.00, 

4 cases $105.00, 

5 cases $131.00.

20 Carmel

20 Roasted Almond

12 Krispy Rice

Thank you to everyone that came to the meeting on Thursday! I am so excited to get this started!! Here are a few updates.

I have a little bit of work for you to do for me!! If you could do this by Monday night it would be great so we can get things started!!! You MUST do every form for me! Even if you have no interest in fundraising! It helps me out! THANKS!! It is the 3 items below!! 

1. T-shirts: I talked about ordering a group T-shirt. The shirts are $12 (required for dancers, optional for parents).  Below is the link and all of the information to it. Money is due June 10th! If you are still on the fence about the trip let me know and we can discuss the t-shirt

2. Reminder 101: This will allow me to send you a text quickly with any updates or reminders.  Dancers and parents can sign up. I need you to sign up for this by: sending a Text @outb to  612-223-7522 or e-mail outb@mail.remind101.com

3. Candy Bars: We will be doing a candy bar fundraiser. I need everyone to go to this link and fill out the form (even if you are not going to sell them). The form has all of the details Candy Bar Form
