Heggies Pizza Pick Up

Heggies Pizza pick up is June 24th from 5:00-7:00pm @ North Elementary
You are responsible for picking up your pizza or arranging for someone to pick them up for you.

The next meeting will be July 8th at the Gillmans (bring a lawn chair)

1. Carwash that is set for July 13th 9am-1pm
2. When to sell Butterbraids (Patrice)
3. Wine Tasting/Dinner (Amy)
4. Wreath (pricing and profit)

Directions to Gillman's... take the road in front of Coborn's past cty rd 2 almost to highway, left on 313th to 122nd and turn right the address is 31132 on right. We have a house shaped mailbox.

Candy Bars: All candy bar money is due to me now!!

T-shirt money: All T-shirt money is due to me June 10th

Heggies Pizza: All money is due to Dorian (payable to me, one check for your order) buy June 14th. You will need to mail it by June 12th or meet in Princeton on June 14th (I will be coming to Princeton that day but don't know what time yet)

 

At the next meeting:

*Report what you have found out about various fundraisers you have looked into

*Decide next fundraiser... 

*Discuss face painting and sign up for it for the parade (we were approved to do it for donations)

*Pass out Candy Bars

*Turn in $$
